Need To Know
During Check In: We will ask you how you want your pet groomed. We will try our best to achieve your wishes, though coat conditions will dictate how best to groom your pet without causing any pain. If the coat is very matted, you will be asked to read and sign a matted pet form before we start grooming your pet. Please let us know of any medical, physical, or mental conditions your pet may have including sensitive skin. Unless someone else will be picking up your pet, we ask that you take its leash and collar with you. We are not responsible for misplaced leashes or collars.
We want to develop a special relationship with you and your pet. We will strive to please you both in everything we do. Please let us know if we have pleased you and let us know if we haven't. You are our most important customer. We welcome your comments and suggestions.
When grooming your pet we will try to keep within your breed's grooming standards as set by AKC while taking into consideration any added instructions that you provide, leaving the hair longer here or shorter there as you wish. Some customers have their own design, which we will try to achieve. Our goal is to work with you and style your pet's coat in a style that is to your liking and easily maintained. We will try our best to please you!
Before You Arrive: Your pet will be excited coming to be groomed. Please mase sure your pet(s) have relieved themselves before they leave home.
At Check In: We will ask you several important questions: phone numbers, where you can be reached today, your address, work, home, and cell phone numbers. Please check and make sure that your file is accurate and up to date. At check in we will give you an appoximate pick-up time. For your convenience, please call before you come to make sure that we are on schedule and your pet will be ready.
Our usual check-in time is 9:00 am to 10:00 am Tuesday through Saturday (if you need a special check in please request it when making your appointment). We do offer a few express grooms daily at a slightly higher rate upon request.
If you are going to be late, please call and let us know. Unless you call we will consider any pet that is not present within 15 minutes of its appointment a "No Show" and will give its appointment to someone on our waiting list. If you see that you will have to cancel please give us at least 24 hours notice. In the case of an emergency cancellation please call as soon as you know. Pick Up Time: Tuesday through Friday our usual pick up times are between 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm, Saturday between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Please schecdule your next appointment when you pick your pet today.
Regarding After Hours Pick Up: There will be an additional $20 charge for any pet left every 30 minutes after our regular closing of business hours. Problem With Service: If not satisfied please contact us within 7 days fom service.
